These spirals can be used with a 4:1 pitch / 47 loop or a 6mm pitch 49 loop pattern punched into your documents. To finish binding your document, ensure to cut and turn in the plastic spiral after it has been inserted. This can be done by hand using a set of "Plastic Spiral Pliers"
