For the cost conscious, choose these "Saver" plastic spirals. Plastic spirals can be used with a plastic spiral inserter machine, or wound by hand for simpler binding jobs. After inserting, each spiral should be cut and “turned in” using plastic spiral pliers to complete the binding.
