These Gold Plated Metal binding coils are designed for binding an A4 book using either a Spiral Inserter or wound on by hand
The Steel Spirals require 6mm pitch (49 holes on A4) holes punched into your documents. If you require a basic hand operated punching machine, please consider a Coilmac M. To finish binding your document, ensure you cut and turn in the spiral using heavy duty cutters after it has been inserted.
