Shipping Terms
Shipping costs will be determined based on the weight and requirements of your order. We will always agree these charges with you before we despatch your order. There are five options available, please indicate the option you prefer during checkout:

• Nationwide delivery for parcels up to 5kg is $9.95 (size constraints apply)
• Delivery to the Melbourne Metro area is $9.95 for up to 25kg
• Country Victoria/NSW/ACT/SA is $15.95 (up to 10kg)
• QLD/NT/WA/TAS $20.95 (up to 10kg)
• You can pick up your order or make your own arrangement for collection from our factory in Sunshine West, Victoria. We are open for pickups from 9am to 5pm Weekdays.

Please Note: Due to the variability of shipping around Australia the cost of shipping needs to be assessed for each order. If your order is particularly heavy or bulky, or is being delivered to an outlying area we will contact you should the shipping cost need to be changed. Our experience shows the estimates are accurate in the majority of cases.


Payment Terms
Our site operates a secured area (SSL) once you logon so that your information is encrypted. We can offer the following payment options:

• Credit Card (we accept Visa and Mastercard)
• Direct Bank Deposit
• Cheque
• Cash (for pickup)
• Invoice payments for all government departments and approved business customers.
